Special Events
Each year there are several signature special events including the annual Poetry and Chili Festival, Entertainment Tonight!, our monthly Wine and Music Wednesday gatherings and the annual Art and Souls Masquerade Ball. During the 2013 season several new special events debut: the monthly Salon of Shorts, 2ndWednesday Theater, Authors and Art, and the end of Summer Blue and White Ball.

The Cliburn: 50 Years of Gold

Salon of Shorts
Ongoing: 4th Wednesday of every month
Cotuit Center for the Arts will offer a new open mic series called Salon of Shorts on the fourth Wednesday of each month in the Art Studio. Award-winning poets, playwrights, and spoken word performers Christine Rathbun Ernst and Gregory Hischak will host the series, which will encompass all types of performances: poetry, storytelling, essay reading, music, performance art, improv, and stand-up.
